LASER CUTTING is one of the fastest growing processes in industrial manufacturing equipment. Laser cutting machines are being used by metal fabricators in place of older technology equipment like turret punches.
 

Industrial laser cutting machines take the laser light from the resonator and bounces it off of several mirrors in what is known as the beam delivery system. The beam is reflected into a laser cutting head where there is a lens. This lens works like a magnifying glass to focus the laser beam to a very small spot. The laser cutting machine either moves the cutting head or the metal or both to cut parts. Our high performance precision laser cutting systems  move the laser cutting head and keep the metal stationary.

Our Cincinnati Lasers employ rugged construction with fabricated plate steel frames that are often twice as heavy as other types of lasers   Our Lasers can stand up to the work load that is common in a metal fabricating shop, day in and day out.  The accuracy of our lasers exceeds most metal cutting requirements and ensures unmatched part quality.  The Dynamic Power Control accurately matches the required laser power to the desired feed rate for better edge condition and higher part accuracy with fewer adjustments by the operator.  With two Cincinnati Lasers, we can cut small parts, large parts, small lot and volume production in all materials including:

    * 1” carbon steel
    * ¾” stainless steel
    * ½’” aluminum
